Upload your standardized CSV/Excel roster containing matriculation IDs, student names, and course codes. Passport photos can be bulk uploaded via a ZIP file named with each student's matriculation number (e.g., STU-2024-001.jpg). Elu CMS automatically indexes, centers, and pairs the biometric photos with each registry profile.

Elu CMS enforces strict segregation of duties. First, the Data Entry Officer imports student cohort lists and assigns templates into Draft status. Second, the Registry Reviewer audits grades and passport photo alignments. Finally, the Registrar / Authorized Signatory applies cryptographic authorization to generate the final verified certificates.

Authorized registrars can mark any certificate as Revoked or Suspended in the central registry with an auditable reason note. If an employer or embassy scans the physical QR code thereafter, the public verification screen immediately displays a clear red revocation banner with official registry notes.

Professional and Enterprise plans include secure REST API endpoints and webhooks. Developers can query certificate statuses using certificate serial numbers or hash tokens to embed live credential checks into student portals, national registries, or employer verification systems.
